Tapped into Craft Libations and Victuals: BULL CITY CIDERWORKS From Tim: Bull City Ciderworks started in Durham (hence the name) but moved their operations to Lexington, NC and started fermenting apple juice in March of 2016. They’re opening an “Exploratorium” in Durham in 2017.
