Brüeprint Brewing From Tim: Brüeprint Brewing Company was formed in 2012 in Apex, NC. Eric Wagner, a water treatment engineer, had a passion for cooking and decided to combine this passion and his engineering knowledge and create Apex’s first craft brewery. Coming from that background enables him to understand the science behind a good beer and he takes his knowledge of cooking to create unique flavors and styles. Monarch and For-Get-Me-Not Gift Shop Adults with Creativity Helping Dreams Take Flight Monarch, located at 651 North Highland Ave., Winston-Salem, provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities opportunities to express their creativity. Programs include music, art, photography, technology, dance, and pottery. Monarch is a not-for-profit organization that provides support statewide to thousands of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance abuse disorders.  There are several Monarch programs, homes, and behavioral health offices throughout the Triad area.
