  Baba Budan Coffee IPA from Appalachian Mountain Brewery & Fonta Flora Brewery From Spencer: Dark Horse Brewery started as a restaurant in This month we sampled the Baba Budan Coffee IPA that is a collaboration between Appalachian Mountain Brewery in Boone and Fonta Flora Brewery in Morganton.  This beer is named after a merchant & smuggler from the 17th century that brought over coffee seeds from Yemen to India.
