Sushi Sapa, located at 223 South Elm Street in Greensboro, offers great food, variety, and value for their customers.
Specialty rolls, sushi platters, vegetarian dishes, appetizers, kitchen specialties, and lunch specials are offered.
Sushi platters include the boat for 2. The boat for 2 includes a sapa roll, cali roll, nigiri (special sushi rice with vinegar), and sashimi with soup or salad.
Vegetarian dishes can be combined with tofu and mushrooms.
Bite into the 007 specialty roll, featuring spicy shrimp tempura with crabmeat and avocado.
The Crabby features Maryland crab and avocado roll wrapped in rice paper.
For appetizers, savor the Chili Hamachi, with the flavors of Japanese Yellowtail, thai chili, orange, and ponza (Japanese seasoning).
Or choose spicy octopus, with English cucumber, masago (fish roll), and octopus served with the house spicy sauce.
From the kitchen, enjoy the taste of sesame-crusted tuna steak, a 10 ounce marinated ahi tuna.
Also, experience Hong Kong style salmon, steamed and served with rice and vegetables.
The Surf and Turf special offers a full 1 lb. lobster and 10 ounce filet mignon with mashed potatoes.
Lunch specials, are offered Monday – Friday 11:30am – 3pm. Many choices are provided.
Sushi Sapa has a large dining area and full bar. A large room upstairs is available for private parties.
