From Tim: Brüeprint Brewing Company was formed in 2012 in Apex, NC. Eric Wagner, a water treatment engineer, had a passion for cooking and decided to combine this passion and his engineering knowledge and create Apex’s first craft brewery. Coming from that background enables him to understand the science behind a good beer and he takes his knowledge of cooking to create unique flavors and styles.
We have had the Pale Brüe Eyes Pale Ale on The Less Desirables and thought it was a decent brew (or brüe). On one of my other podcasts, The Beer Dads (www.thebeerdadspodcast.com) we had the Edinbrüe, which is their Scotch Ale. We all really enjoyed that beer. I’d rate Pale Brüe Eyes 3.5 and the Edinbrüe a 4.25 out of 5.
