We expect supplies to run out by mid-December of the annual release of C.B. FISHER’S CHRISTMAS WHISKEY. What started as an annual family tradition has turned into a tremendous Holiday event. Our Christmas Whiskey starts out as our international award winning C.B. Fisher’s American Single Malt Whiskey. After resting in the barrels for 2 years, we infuse the whiskey with natural Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Orange Peel, Nutmeg, and All Spice. Whether it is in egg nog, apple cider, or by itself, it is perfect to share with friends and family. They are sold in 375 ml bottles for only $19.95, so they also make the perfect gift. Hurry and get your bottle, because when they are sold out, they are gone until next year.”

12/6-12/8: 2018 Bourbon Barrel Select Wine Release

Join us for a wine release! Our Bourbon Barrel Select (BB Select) utilizes the newest way to experience red wine: Bourbon barrel aging. This special wine, vinted from Cabernet Sauvignon, was aged for six months in authentic Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels originally used for aging bourbon. This technique adds flavors of vanilla and oak, black fruit and hints of baking spice. This bold red will pair well with hearty beef dishes and game.

Enjoy complimentary sips of the new 2018 vintage. We will also be offering a 15% discount on single bottles of our 2018 BB Select from December 6th until December 8th.

Brabant Caramel Quadrupel

Winter Seasonal

ABV 9.1 • IBU 17 • SRM 9.5

The warming effect of our Brabant Caramel Quad compliments the great strength and bold flavors of the traditional Belgian malts and three types of hops to bring you a ‘simple, yet complex’ experience. The robust toasty toffee flavors of Caravienne and Munich malts mix with the spiciness of Styrian Goldings and Saaz hops to begin the journey. At the end, the barley sugar caramel is a welcome passenger that adds a level of newness to this revered style.
